Korean Ribs
Ingredients:
- 6 pounds of Grass Fed Beef short Ribs
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
- ¼ cup of rice vinegar or mirin (rice wine)
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 pear, finely grated
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp of sea salt
Directions:
- Place the beef in a large container. In a bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients for the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the ribs and let sit for up to 24 hours.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- Turn off the grill and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
