Beef Liver
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of Grass Fed Beef liver
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of water
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Remove the liver from the packaging and pat dry with a paper towel on both sides. Place in a dish and cover in milk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, beat the egg and water together.
- Remove the liver from the milk and pat dry with a paper towel on both sides.
- Coat the liver lightly with flour, then dip the flour covered liver into the egg mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Cook the liver for 2-3 minutes per side.
